How do I sign into the client portal?

Once your company is onboarded, we send you a username and a one-time password. Use your linked company page or contact us directly for the portal link.

How do I pay an invoice?

Open your invoice in the client portal — payment methods, our bank details and an option to print or save it as PDF are all there. We support partial / instalment payments too.

I forgot my password.

Drop us a quick email and we will issue a reset link. We are working on a self-service reset.

Where do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email us or use the contact button on this site — please include a screenshot or short description so we can help quickly.

How do I close my account?

Email us with the request from the account owner. We will export anything you need and remove your data per our Privacy Policy.
