1. Agreement
By using this website or our client portal, or by engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Specific project terms may be detailed in a separate proposal or statement of work.
2. Huduma
We provide web development, mobile app development, AI integration, data and modernization services. Scope, timeline and deliverables for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Payments
- Invoices are issued through our client portal. Standard payment terms are 14 days from issue unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may pause work or incur a reasonable late fee.
- Quoted prices exclude taxes unless explicitly stated.
4. Ownership & licences
On full payment, you own the custom code and deliverables created for your project. We retain rights to general know-how, libraries and tooling that pre-exist or are developed for general use.
5. Confidentiality
We treat your business information, credentials and project details as confidential and only share them within our team as needed to deliver the engagement.
6. Warranties
We deliver work with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, services are provided "as is" — we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, portal or deliverables.
7. Termination
Either party may end an engagement with reasonable written notice. Fees for work done up to the termination date remain payable.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use our site or portal for anything unlawful, abusive, or that compromises security. We may suspend access for serious violations.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
